The project is located in Sunhe Township, Chaoyang District, Beijing, with a total construction area
of 219,541.75m2. The construction scope mainly included excavation support engineering of
block 022; CFG Pile Ground Improvement for Building 1-18 and Anti-floating Anchor Bolt Project for
garage. The construction started on January 18, 2019 and completed on August 30, 2019.
The project area was rich in groundwater, and the construction quality control of the water-stopping
curtain of the rotary jet grouting pile was particularly important. For the construction of prestressed
anchor in the complex soil layer or the soil layer with high water content, drilling with the pipe,
grouting at the bottom of the hole or secondary splitting grouting are adopted to effectively control
the construction quality. In the CFG pile construction, in order to avoid the situation of borehole
intersection, the jumping drilling method was adopted to effectively ensure the construction quality.
The project won the honor of "Excellent Contractor of 2019" and "Excellent Unit of Safe and Civilized
Construction of 2019".
The new workshop is located in the
hospital of Gold as Ultra-High Boiler Co., Ltd., south of Jingjin Road, Tongzhou District.
It was proposed to improve foundation bearing capacity and eliminate liquefaction through pile
foundation construction. The construction began on November 6, 1999 and was completed on December
17, 1999.
There were 314 CFG piles with a total footage of 2,958.5m. There were 670 crushed
stone piles with a total footage of 5,067.7m. After ground improvement, the ground met the design
requirements.
CFG pile project of Zone E of Guanxiang Community of Zhonglian Construction is located in The
Guanxiang Courtyard of Dewai. This project consists of two high-rise buildings and box
foundation. The construction began on March 1, 2000 and was completed on March 24, 2000.
The
long spiral pump pressure superfluid concrete CFG composite pile foundation was used to reinforce
the foundation, and 1,134 CFG piles were completed and about 2,000m3 of concrete was poured. By
static load test and dynamic test, the bearing capacity of foundation can meet the design requirements.
Sinochem's Quanzhou 12 Million Ton/Year Refinery Project is the first 10-million-ton super large
refinery solely owned by Sinochem Group, located in Quanhui Petrochemical Park on the south bank
of Meizhou Bay, Fujian Province. The construction began in August 2011 and was completed in August 2012.
The construction technology adopted for this project included sunk pipe gravel piles, CFG piles, prefabricated
square piles, and PHC pipe piles. For the immersed gravel pile project, in view of the difficulty in
cutting the silt layer in the thick area, the pneumatic discharge method was adopted, which can
effectively solve the difficulty in cutting and control the construction quality.
Prefabricated square piles and pipe piles were transported by special transportation equipment to
avoid damage to the pile materials during transportation. The square pile prefabrication process pays
attention to maintenance, reduces temperature cracks, accelerates the early strength, and facilitates
the turnover of the formwork.
The project won the "2015 National Chemical Industry Quality Engineering Award", "2016 National Chemical
Engineering Construction Excellent QC Achievement Third Prize", and "2016~2017 National Quality
Engineering Award".
