Medina-Yanbu Ar Senia Waterfront Development Planning Dredging and Civil Engineering Bridge Pile Foundation Project

Saudi Arabia

The Ar Senia City Waterfront Development Plan in Medina Yanbu Province, Saudi Arabia, is situated in Yanbu, the second-largest port city on the west coast of Saudi Arabia. This project is a critical component of the Yanbu Coastal Development Initiative, which focuses on the construction of artificial islands, artificial coastlines, beach landscapes, and scenic sand dunes to enhance local tourism.

The project scope includes foundations for bridges, short coastal structures, retaining walls, and portions of a long seawall. The foundation works adopt bored cast-in-place piles with full-length casing rotary drilling methods. Two pile diameters are designed: 0.8 meters and 1.0 meters, with pile lengths ranging between 26 to 35 meters. The total construction includes 1,100 cast-in-place piles, amounting to approximately 15,000 cubic meters of concrete.

Our company is responsible for executing the pile foundation works in accordance with the highest engineering and quality standards.

Singapore Changi International Airport 3rd Runway Development Plan Pile Foundation Project

Singapore

The Changi Airport PK3 Project is a key component of the Changi East Development Project in Singapore, overseen by the Singapore Airport Authority and contracted to China Communications Construction Singapore. The project involves the foundation construction for two traffic tunnels connecting the future Terminal 5 (T5).

The works adopt bored pile technology with grouting processes. The designed piles include multiple diameter sizes ranging from 1 meter to 2 meters. The project’s construction period extended from October 10, 2019, to October 20, 2021.
Our company deployed three sets of rotary drilling machines and successfully completed a total of 655 cast-in-place piles in alignment with international engineering standards and project requirements.

Angela Apartment Pile Foundation Works Project in Manila

Philippines

The Angela Apartment Pile Foundation Project in Manila, Philippines, adopts the bored pile drilling and grouting technology. The project involves constructing piles with a designed diameter of 1 meter and pile lengths ranging from 50 to 70 meters.

Our company is responsible for executing the construction works, deploying one SR285 rotary drilling rig and successfully completing 147 bored piles to meet project specifications and quality standards.

Pile Foundation Works of Middle Section of Algeria East-West Expressway

Algeria

The Algerian East-West Expressway spans a total length of 1,216 kilometers, serving as a major transportation artery connecting the Algerian East and West borders. Upon completion, it will integrate with existing sections, linking Tunisia in the east to Morocco in the west through the Maghreb Five Nation Alliance.

This construction project focuses on the middle section, measuring 169 kilometers, and is contracted to the CITIC-China Railway Joint Venture. The scope of work includes the foundation construction for four major bridges and several cross-road traffic bridges. The project adopts bored pile technology, with a designed pile diameter of 1.2 meters and pile lengths ranging from 35 to 38 meters.

Our company is responsible for the execution of this work, successfully completing approximately 4,000 meters of cast-in-place pile construction to meet rigorous engineering and quality standards.
