Precast Piles

Precast piles are widely used in various construction fields due to their advantages of simple production, high strength, high rigidity, and the ability to form various cross-sectional shapes. They also offer strong load capacity, small settlement deformation, and high construction efficiency. Precast piles are suitable for foundation treatment of silt, silty soil, cohesive soil, sandy soil, and artificial fill.

Precast piles can be used for foundation reinforcement, including:
  • Precast concrete piles with a side length of 150–300 millimeters
  • Prestressed concrete pipe piles with a diameter of 300–500 millimeters
  • H-shaped steel piles
  • Steel pipe piles with a cross-sectional size of 100–400 millimeters
At present, common construction techniques for precast piles include pre-drilled precast piles, hammering piles (using hydraulic hammers or diesel hammers), vibration hammers, and static pressure piles. The company has introduced various types of pile driving hammers, vibration hammers, and diesel hammers, including the Junttan hydraulic hammer from Finland. The company has successfully completed a large number of steel sheet pile, steel pipe pile, precast concrete pile, and H-pile projects, both domestically and internationally.
